Irony and Self-Deprecation

So I was looking through my f-list this morning afternoon, as you do, and I scrolled past a Hot Fuzz/Doctor Who crossover fic on dw_slash that I thought I might go back to later, and then I came across this:

I just saw this...A bit of HOT FUZZ / DOCTOR WHO crossover fiction...Hot Fuzz and Doctor Who Crossover Fan Fiction Check it out.

I looked to see who was reccing it, and it was Edgar Wright.

Edgar freaking Wright recced a Hot Fuzz/Doctor Who slash crossover. And he linked to sandfordpolice. That is just fucking weird. And now we know that he knows where the fic is, which I'm sure would be an issue if he was a dick who sued people for that kind of stuff, but that probably won't happen since he's clearly made of awesome.

So Jaime gave me an entire list of names for that last meme, so I decided to make a separate post for it.

Oh thank DJ Jesus that's over.

I just walked out into the living room and Cardboard!Spike and Gay!Cardboard!Angel have thought bubbles on them. Spike is saying, "Stop being taller than me!" And Angel is saying, "It's not my fault! I'm not taller than you. You're shorter than I am." Living with geeks is awesome. xD
