And Happy Friday to everybody who doesn't celebrate a holiday today!

I made macaroni and cheese from scratch because Thomas Jefferson brought macaroni and cheese to these shores. And there is nothing more American than artery clogging cream and cheese. mmmm.






But Lindy, you might ask, why does it look like a French flag with some color running issues? Well, the French helped us in the Revolution, and I could not be arsed to try to frost an American flag.
