I feel like I was very productive today, by my standards of course. Haley and I went to the grocery store, I did my laundry, I changed my sheets, I moved my DVD player back into my room and out of the living room, I cleaned the kitchen, and I baked a cake from scratch and made some royal icing for it. Watching Sandy Lee has motivated me to make everything from scratch, I will no longer half ass anything when it comes to baking. Anywho, I baked a cake because today is Paul McCartney's birthday, and if we can, this family usually bakes a cake for Beatles birthdays. Today is also slacker_97 and pepperlandgirl4's wedding anniversary! (The fact that they got married on Paul McCartney's birthday is not a coincidence, btw.) So yeah, two good reasons for cake!
