queer_theory chose these:

This is an icon that I made of Annette Hanshaw. She was a singer in the 1920s, she sang Tiptoe Through The Tulips and Let's Fall In Love, among others. I'm not really into jazz or 20s music, but I remember when Jasie listened to her a lot, and I really liked her songs. She had a beautiful voice. I'm not quite sure why I decided to make this icon, and I'm not sure why I've kept it so long. I do like it, I think the contrast is a bit too high but not annoyingly so. It's simple and I think it's a gorgeous picture of her.

This is from Father Ted. It's a sign that the milkman has in his truck because he's the man-slut of Craggy Island. That episode is hilarious and I love this icon like a fat kid loves cake and I will never delete it. I find it's good for really random posts.

This was one of my first Band of Brothers icons! I like to think of this as a transition icon because I got obsessed with BoB after I was obsessed with All Things Simon Pegg/Nick Frost/Edgar Wright.

This is one of my newest icons. We watched Mitchell (MITCHELL!) last weekend, and then this week
iconzicons made a post of MST3K Mitchell icons. I was very pleased. :D

One of the Beatles icons that I made last year. This is my sleepy icon and I really really like it. Not only is John quite pretty in it, I like how I messed with the contrast and the curves a bit. I think it's one of my favorite icons that I've made.

It's my oldest icon! I made it when the newest Hummer ad campaign used that slogan. It made me lol, and I was still very much in the BTVS fandom, so I made a few icons with caps of Spike getting some action. I also made one with a cap of Spike in the episode with the Buffy Bot, but I liked this one more.
And now, back to watching the new Who special!
