Holy shit, Tennant's leaving

I am so shocked, and I don't know why. After the S4 finale and when it was announced that Moffat would be taking over, I thought Tennant would probably leave. But everybody kept on saying he wouldn't leave because he loves it so much, and I figured that would be the case and he would stay for S5. When I saw that link it was like a weird punch to the gut. This news has made me so much sadder than I thought it would.
