I went to a gallery stroll/fashion show/street fair thing tonight. The fashion show was in the drive thru of a dry cleaners. Mocking the models was a lot of fun, those girls and boys could not walk. Except for one guy, who was crazy hot. His friends would shout at him whenever he came out and said things like, "I LOVE THOSE TIGHT PANTS!" Then he'd smile and he was sooo cute.
We went to a few stores and saw some men on stilts, and here are some pictures of them!
( There was a third one on stilts, but he was running down the street crazy fast and I couldn't get a picture of him )
That was fun. Now, on to the 'WTF?' moment of the evening. I was with Jasie and two of her friends, and when we were going back to the car one girl didn't want to cross the street, because she didn't like the look of the other side of the street. *SIGH* Salt Lake is just not that dangerous, especially in that area, at 10:00 at night. I mean, bad shit happens in Salt Lake, but what the fuck is the point of being scared of everything? We got her to cross the street and when we were walking up the block me and Jasie were walking ahead of the girls and 3/4's of the way up they said, "Guys, walk faster, walk faster." I turned around and saw people on the far corner of the block who were just doing their own thing. I rolled my eyes and walked behind them because they were scared of the fact that there were people on the same street as them. See folks, living a sheltered life in Provo prepares you for the world. Prepares you to be utterly terrified of the world. I hope those girls never try to live in a bigger city. They would probably have panic attacks every time they left the house.
